GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders ship pending inventory availability and credit card verification.

Please allow up to 72 hours from order placement for products to be shipped unless otherwise stated ex; (pre-order item)

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation that includes your tracking number. Visit our Tracking Page to track your order progress or please visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to receive updates on your shipment.

RETURNS

No returns are accepted at this time but please read our exchange section for more. We try our best to give as much information as possible before purchasing so you are satisfied with your order.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on items that have other sizes available. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to exchange the item. To initiate an exchange, fill out the contact form with subject line ‘exchange’ and provide the size of the items you would like to exchange. If an error was made on our part, please contact us.

DAMAGED / OPENED BOX

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
